4 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of sesame oil

1 tablespoon of minced green onion
1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, grated pear, minced green onion, and black pepper.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the bowl and mix well, ensuring that each piece is coated with the marinade.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
